Rather, Rafiq A.; Ara, Tabassum published their research in Tetrahedron in 2021. The article was titled 《Copper catalyzed synthesis of 3-((arylethynyl)selanyl)-1H-indoles via selenium insertion reaction by using elemental selenium》.Recommanded Product: 399-52-0 The article contains the following contents:
Herein, an efficient and simple strategy for the synthesis of biol. relevant 3-((arylethynyl)selanyl)-1H-indoles I (R = H, 2-Cl, 3-Me, 4-OCF3, etc.; R1 = H, Me, OMe, F, etc.; R2 = H, Br) have been disclosed. The reactions were carried out in presence of a catalytic amount of copper (I) bromide. The selenide adduct tolerates all types of substrates used. Furthermore, all the products I were obtained in good to excellent yields. Unique coupling, multicomponent, one-pot access served a useful output in organic synthesis design. In the experimental materials used by the author, we found 5-Fluoro-1H-indole(cas: 399-52-0Recommanded Product: 399-52-0)
5-Fluoro-1H-indole(cas: 399-52-0) is a member of aromaticfluorinated building blocks. Fluorine-containing aromatics have been incorporated into crop-protection chemicals (herbicides, insecticides, fungicides). Liquid crystals, positron emission tomography, and imaging systems represent new areas where fluoroaromatics and fluoroheterocyclics have gained attention.Recommanded Product: 399-52-0
